Steve Tinling
President
Steve Tinling has been in construction since 1974. He joined Dean-Chandler Roofing in 1982 as an estimator and was promoted to Chief Estimator / Project Manager in 1986. He has been involved in estimating and management of many major projects such as Toronto International Airport Terminal 1 & 3, Queens Park, General Motors. He became Vice President and Partner in 2004, President in 2010 and now is involved in the day to day operation of the company.
Ken Goodale
Vice President
Ken Goodale joined Dean-Chandler Roofing in 1990 as an estimator and was promoted to Vice President / Chief Estimator and Partner in 2004. Ken has been involved in estimating and project management of many key projects such as Sunnybrook and Toronto Western Hospitals, University of Waterloo, Rogers Campus, GTAA T-3 East Processor Expansion, Bay Adelaide Centre. Ken now manages the estimating and sales department.
