Dean-Chandler Roofing Limited has been serving the roofing needs of the GTA since 1924. a privately owned company ,specializing in the industrial, commercial and institutional sector of the industry, both in new construction and roof replacement.
The great grandson of the founder, Bert Dean, is a part of the company today and we are proud to say that we have and have had many fathers and sons start and end their careers with us. Dean-Chandler is one of the founding members of the Ontario Industrial Roofing Contractors Association, the Canadian Roofing Contractors Association and the Toronto Construction Association.
For many years,we have been part of the growth of this area and we plan to be part of it for years to come. We have been privileged to be involved in many prestigious projects as well as many challenging ones.
As a result of hard work and training, we believe that we have one of the best work forces found in this industry. We also believe that we will excel at any project that we undertake.

Steve Tinling has been in construction since 1974. He joined Dean-Chandler Roofing in 1982 as an estimator and was promoted to Chief Estimator / Project Manager in 1986. more
